Worship Opportunities
NBK Chaplains provide one-on-one personal support to those desiring to strengthen their religious practice. Whether through direct provision or through facilitation with partnership with Religious leaders in the Kitsap area, spiritual care can be found with the Religious Ministry staff.
For on-going religious services, please contact Chapel Staff for information concerning local opportunities of worship, or consult the Places of Worship around Naval Base Kitsap list.

Crisis Support
Difficult challenges are an unfortunate part of life. Chaplains provide direct CACO support, support for memorials, and crisis interventions when those moments arise.
Counseling
SECNAVINST 1730.11 details the strict confidentiality provided to Service Members, dependents and other authorized users when it comes to communications with a chaplain. NBK Chaplains offer confidential counseling by appointment and with open door opportunities when available.

- Sailor 360: Monthly training opportunities to build moral character, toughness, and spiritual strength. Classes include but not limited to:

- ARSENAL – Resiliency Development
- Team Building – at Kitsap Great Escape
- Suicide Intervention Training:
- ASIST: 16 hour / 2 day intensive training to help Service Members provide first-aide to those with thoughts of Suicide.
- SafeTALK: A 4 hour course providing participants with the knowledge and information needed to help others in times of need.
