REPORTING OF CASUALTIES
Death, Illness and Injuries must be reported: In accordance with MILPERSMAN 1770-030, casualty reporting must be conducted using the Personnel Casualty Report (PCR). The report should be submitted to Navy Personnel Command (NAVPERSCOM), Casualty Assistance Branch (PERS-13), as soon as possible after a casualty is identified, ideally within 4 hours.
