INSTALLATION INFORMATION
NAS Whidbey Island is the premier naval aviation installation in the Pacific Northwest and home of all Navy tactical electronic attack squadrons flying the EA-18G Growler. Adding to the depth and capability of the air station are eight Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance squadrons flying the P-3 Orion, P-8 Poseidon and EP-3E Aries.

Unmanned Arial Systems reporting:
The use of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) or “Drones” are prohibited on Naval Air Station Whidbey Island Property. NAS Whidbey Island is requesting your assistance in reporting any UAS device seen on any NASWI property. Please immediately call (360) 257-3122/3127 to report any UAS “Drone” activity on our installations. Taking photographs of the UAS can also be helpful if you are safely able to do so. Your assistance in identifying these devices is crucial to the safety and security of NAS Whidbey Island personnel, guests, and property.
