COVID Testing options for NASWI and surrounding counties

On base options
Symptomatic
• Call the NAL, PSMAC, or the clinic to talk to a nurse or schedule a test/be seen by a provider

Concerned you are a close contact and require testing
• At work, Commands will provide a list of personnel who are deemed close contact
• Away from work, call the NAL, PSMAC or the clinic to talk to a nurse or schedule a test
• All close contact testing will occur after 1300

Desire testing for any other reason
• Call the NAL, PSMAC or the clinic to talk to a nurse and determine if testing is appropriate.
• If appropriate, you will be given instructions for when to be tested.

Off base options

Island County
• If you have mild COVID-19 symptoms, schedule a test from 0800-1700 through the Whidbey Health Call Line: 360-240-4055. Call and register for a test prior to showing up.
• If you have severe symptoms that cannot be managed at home, seek medical attention at the Emergency Room.

Skagit County
• If you have COVID-19 symptoms utilize the Island Hospital Walk-In Clinic, 0800-1700. Their phone number is 360 293 3101.
• If you are asymptomatic, but are a potential close contact or may have been exposed, go to the Skagit County Public Health Drive Thru Testing Site. Note: You must be a Skagit County Resident and the site is only open Mon-Fri at the Skagit Fairgrounds.
• If you have severe symptoms that cannot be managed at home, seek medical attention at the Emergency Room.

Skagit Regional Health
• If you have COVID-19 symptoms you can visit the Acute Respiratory Clinic in Mount Vernon for testing.
• The Respiratory clinic is open 0730-1930, Mon-Fri and 0800-1600, Sat-Sun. Their phone number is 360-814-7810.
