The mission of Navy Information Operations Command (NIOC) Whidbey Island is to provide authoritative, full RF (Radio Frequency) spectrum Electronic Attack planning and execution support, operational analysis, and direct support augmentation to tactical and operational naval forces engaged in Informaton Operation (IO), to develope new concepts, methods and processes to sustain effectiveness, and to keep pace with technological evolution and warfare challenges.
