This weightlifting competition will consist of three events: Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. This is a great opportunity to challenge your PRs and shoot for your One-Rep Max. After all 3 lifts are successfully completed we will be adding up the total weight lifted. Sign up at the gym front desk!
