Are you ready to put your strength and power to the test? If so, come on out to our “Shower the April Power: 3-Lift Competition. This weightlifting competition will consist of three events: Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press. Any females whose weight lifted totals up to 500 lbs. or more and any male or females whose weight lifted totals up to 1000 lbs. or more will be accepted into our 500/1000 Pound Club! Minimum age 16. TEEN RESUME WORKSHOP

In this interactive workshop, teens will learn how to craft a professional, attention-grabbing resume that highlights their strengths—even if they don’t have a lot of work history yet. They'll also get the chance to sharpen their interview skills through guided practice, building the confidence they need to make a great first impression Give your teen the tools to stand out and take the next step toward their future!
NOTE: The Teen Resume Workshop for EFMP teens takes place from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the same date. RSVP with your EFMP Case Liaison.

Fuel your mission with a new Grab & Go meal at the Admiral Nimitz Galley! Too busy for a sit-down meal? We've got you covered. Starting January 26, 2026, our Grab & Go meals will offer a wide selection of delicious and convenient options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What's on the menu? Enjoy sandwiches (both hot and cold!), wraps, salads, fruit, and more! Serving hours are Monday through Friday, 0530 – 1800, and Saturday through Sunday, 0800 – 1800. Simply swing by the Galley, swipe your CAC card, and you're on your way. If you receive BAS, you'll be charged the meal price. This convenient option is available exclusively to our Active-Duty service members.
